For many months I have been working with the Seller of this lovely very unique property sporting lots of features trying to find a buyer – but – it was difficult for potential buyers to get past the Seller’s personalized colors.
This home was built green in it’s day in 1991 with over 7 different species of wood – lots of energy efficient windows – pocket Shoji doors – hardwood floors & beamed ceilings just to name a few of the many features.
