Sarah was open and honest about the homes we toured if she was the listing agent, and even showed us a few homes that were not even for sale at the time, but were due to be completed in the coming months. It was certainly not a difficult decision to purchase the home in Connestee Falls, the area speaks for itself. Sarah communicated by phone or text promptly, and coordinated everything for our closing. Since we are from out of state, and not moving in immediately after closing, Sarah has acted as the property manager and directed the installation of utilities, appliances and general oversight of the home until we could arrive. Sarah and Lynda Hysong even went out of their way to ensure that a car I had shipped down got delivered and put into the garage….at 10 PM on a Thursday night! The level of expertise and commitment to detail sets Connestee Falls Realty apart from other agencies that I have worked with. I truly feel as if I have been treated like a friend and not just another client.
