After studying and visiting lake communities in five states and extensively in North Carolina, we decided Connestee Falls was definitely the best community for us.  At the beginning of this three-year process, we met Nolan Riess and he started telling us about all the amenities and natural wonders of Connestee while also keeping us posted about possible homes.  Nolan has patiently and cheerfully worked with us all this time and with his consistent but never high-pressure help, we recently purchased a beautiful home on an amazing lot on Lake Ataghi. Nolan is enthusiastic with a positive outlook and we are blessed to have gotten to know him.  He was always happy to show us any property we wanted to see, and he was responsive and knowledgeable about houses and the community. Nolan has been helpful to us in so many ways beyond being our realtor, even after we had purchased the property. We highly recommend Nolan and the community of Connestee Falls and we can’t wait to move into our new home.
